Cheyenne is the Owner of Impact Driven Leadership LLC and serves as the Coordinator of Physician Recruitment at Decatur Morgan Hospital. With a background in public health and a passion for leadership development, Cheyenne is committed to empowering the next generation and strengthening her community through service, leadership, and connection. Cheyenne enjoys working out, singing, traveling, and spending time with her family. 

Chris is a local  Realtor® and entrepreneur.  He has spent the last 10 years working with individuals with disabilities throughout the state of Alabama in the  Adaptive Driving Program before transitioning to full time real estate here in North Alabama. Chris is committed to investing time into this great community and create a culture of growth In every aspect. In his free time, Chris enjoys  traveling, music, spending time with friends and family. 

Emily is dedicated to supporting the growth and success of our dynamic community of young leaders. With a background in organizational management and a passion for connecting people, she is  here to ensure that every detail is taken care of and that our events and initiatives run smoothly.

Chase is a Software Architect with a passion for community engagement and development. Experienced personal and technical leader with a desire to forward the wisdom passed on by mentors throughout life. Goal of helping local professionals discover passion and confidence in their professional lives, enabling them to pursue joy in personal endeavors.

Haley is a registered nurse, case manager, wife and  mom to a beautiful little girl. Haley and her husband Kyle moved from California to Alabama in 2021. Haley and Kyle got connected with YP and became a great asset to the community. Haley enjoys working out, spending time with her family and friends, shopping, and being outside. Haley is passionate about community and making sure everyone who attends YP feels connected.

  An Appalachian State University graduate from North Carolina, Stratton has quickly established his IT career here in Decatur as a defense contractor at the Redstone Arsenal. He is also an active member of Decatur’s Best & Brightest Initiative and Bcoming Church. Stratton is passionate about his faith, spending time outdoors, country music, and tinkering with computers. 

Anthony is a Realtor with MeritHouse Realty and born and raised right here in Decatur, Alabama. He has always enjoyed being involved in his community, meeting new people, and finding ways to bring people together. Being a young professional himself, he is passionate about making Decatur a place where young people feel like they can build a career, grow their network, and enjoy being part of the community.

McKinna is the Membership Support and Events Coordinator for the Hartselle Area Chamber of Commerce. She is passionate about connecting people, building community, and creating opportunities for young professionals to grow both personally and professionally.
